Data Collector Privacy Policy

This document clarifies how user data and any sensitive information is handled within the application.
User Provided Information
No user data is captured or transmitted to our servers during the use of the application. 
If errors occur while using the Application, an error log may be logged to the device file system, and may be automatically sent to AgPD Pty Ltd for review by Apple. 
This error log contains anonymous data, such as hardware information, operating system version and any error description that may help identify the problem. This is the only form of user provided information AgPD Pty Ltd has access to if the report is sent to Apple.
Permissions
Location
The app uses your location to plot a blue marker on the map to show your current location. 
Your current location can also be stored against any new assessments you record. 
Your location is never shared with any external or 3rd party servers.
Images
The app allows you to capture photos during a trial assessment and attach those for reporting purposes. 
Children
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at privacy@agpd.com.au. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorised employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy at https://www.agpd.com.au/datacollectorprivacypolicy/. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
